Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

JSIsaac Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and software engineering studio based in Hull, England. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how it's stored, and the rights you have over it. We keep this deliberately short because we only collect what we actually need to respond to your enquiry.

Who we are

Data controller: JSIsaac Studio, Hull, United Kingdom.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, ad pixels, or any third-party tracking script. Browsing jsisaac.com does not set any cookie on your device.

The only exception is our staff-only /admin dashboard, which is protected by a login and used solely by us to view enquiries. When our team signs in there, the browser uses local storage (not a cookie) to keep that login session active. This is strictly necessary for the admin tool to function, is inaccessible to site visitors, and is never used to track you.

What we collect and why

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit our "Enquire now" form. We do not track, profile, or collect data from visitors who don't submit the form.

Where your data is stored

Enquiry data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU (Ireland). The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are our data processors and only process data on our instructions. Neither is used for advertising or sold to third parties. We do not share your data with any other third party.

Security

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of business correspondence, and delete it sooner on request.

Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@jsisaac.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
